- How am I billed?
- All Rencana subscriptions are billed by Apple through your Apple ID. Aizztech does not see or store your payment card details.
- What's the difference between Plus and Pro?
- Plus gives you smarter AI, premium app & widget themes, higher monthly quotas for AI notes, flashcards and auto-generated timetables, a moderate-use AI chatbot for your notes and calendar import from Apple & Google. Pro removes the limits — generate AI notes, flashcards and timetables as often as you need, use the Pro AI chatbot tutor without caps, chat with friends in-app and share AI-generated flashcards with friends and study circles.
- When does the subscription renew?
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each monthly billing period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- How do I upgrade or downgrade between Plus and Pro?
- Open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, choose Rencana, then pick the new tier. Apple handles proration automatically.
- How do I cancel?
- Same place: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Rencana → Cancel Subscription. You will keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Can I get a refund?
- Refund requests are handled by Apple under their Media Services Terms. See our Return & Refund Policy for step-by-step instructions, or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Is there a free trial?
- When available, free trials are offered to new subscribers and shown in the in-app paywall. You will not be charged during the trial. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Do you offer student discounts?
- Rencana is built for students and the standard pricing already reflects that. Bulk education licences for institutions are available — contact contact@aizztech.com.
- What happens to my data if I downgrade?
- Your account, timetable, tasks and notes remain intact. Tier-only features stop working at the end of your billing period, and items beyond Free-tier limits become read-only until you remove them or re-subscribe.
