Terms of Service

1. The service
Gambaran is a mobile product-visual creator provided by Aizztech. It helps you create static and moving device mockups from screenshots, screen recordings, videos, and other media you choose to import.
2. Your account and use
You must use Gambaran lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the media, text, brands, and other content you import or export. Do not use the service to infringe another person’s rights, distribute unlawful material, or interfere with the service.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us only the permissions needed to operate the app for you. Gambaran projects are designed to be saved locally on your device; you are responsible for keeping backups of your work and exported files.
4. Intellectual property
Gambaran, its templates, software, design, and branding are owned by Aizztech or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.
5. Pro subscriptions
Optional Gambaran Pro subscriptions may unlock premium templates, export capacity, and advanced features. Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund information is set out in our Subscription Terms.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We will aim to provide notice of material changes where practical. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Aizztech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of content, data, profits, or business opportunity. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
