Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AIZZ TECH SOLUTIONS handles information when you use Gambaran.

Gambaran is operated by AIZZ TECH SOLUTIONS, a partnership registered in Malaysia under business registration number 202603004666, of No. 3B, Lot 2967, Jalan Bukit Naga, 40460 Shah Alam, Selangor. AIZZ TECH SOLUTIONS is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

We handle your personal data in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010, as amended by the Personal Data Protection (Amendment) Act 2024.

1. Information you provide

Gambaran lets you select media such as screenshots, recordings, videos, and background images from your device. Your projects and imported media are intended to remain local to your device unless you actively choose to share or export them.

2. Information collected automatically

We may collect limited technical information needed to operate and improve the app, such as device type, operating-system version, app version, crash reports, and anonymous or pseudonymous usage information. We do not sell personal information.

3. Subscriptions

If you purchase Gambaran Pro, the Apple App Store or Google Play processes payment. We receive purchase and entitlement status needed to provide Pro features; we do not receive your full payment-card details.

4. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure Gambaran, maintain subscriptions, troubleshoot issues, respond to support requests, and improve the product. We do not use your imported project content for advertising.

5. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the app, such as app-store payment platforms and diagnostics providers, and only as needed for their services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users and AIZZ TECH SOLUTIONS.

6. Your choices and your rights under Malaysian law

You can manage device permissions in your device settings, delete local projects in the app, and manage or cancel subscriptions through the app store used for purchase.

You may also at any time:

Access the personal data we hold about you, and request a copy of it
Correct your personal data
Delete your personal data associated with the app
Withdraw consent for any optional feature, including diagnostics and third-party integrations
Restrict or object to processing that is not necessary to provide the service
Request data portability — ask us to transmit your personal data to another service provider, where this is technically feasible and the receiving service is compatible

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@aizztech.com. We will respond within 21 days as required under the Act.

7. Transfers outside Malaysia

Some of the service providers we use to operate Gambaran process data on servers located outside Malaysia. These are listed in section 5, "Sharing", above. Before transferring your personal data outside Malaysia, we satisfy ourselves that the receiving jurisdiction or provider affords a level of protection substantially similar to, and no less protective than, that required by the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. We do this by relying on the contractual data protection commitments given by each provider.

8. If there is a data breach

If a breach of security occurs that causes or is likely to cause significant harm to you, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commissioner as soon as possible and in any event within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, and we will notify you within 7 days of that notification. We will tell you what happened, what data was involved, and what you should do.

9. Children

Gambaran is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will review the request.

10. Contact and updates

We may update this policy by posting a revised version here. Questions about this policy or about how we handle your personal data may be sent to contact@aizztech.com. If you are not satisfied with our response you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Department (Jabatan Perlindungan Data Peribadi), Malaysia.
