Belanje Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Belanje mobile application (the "Service"), developed and operated by Aizztech. By downloading, accessing, or using Belanje you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Belanje helps you record and organise personal and small-business finances, including transactions, budgets, bills, invoices, receipts, and Malaysian tax estimates. It is a personal record-keeping and planning tool. We provide the Service "as is" and may add, change, or remove features over time.

3. Not financial, tax, or legal advice

Belanje's calculations, including tax estimates, PCB/MTD figures, SST amounts, and e-invoice helpers, are estimates for your own planning only. They are not financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice, and are not a substitute for a qualified professional or for filing with LHDN or any authority. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for your own filings and decisions. Always verify important figures independently.

4. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to store unlawfully obtained data.
• Attempt to access other users' data, or probe, scan, or breach our security.
• Reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure.
• Upload malware or content that infringes the rights of others.

6. Team & shared data

If you invite team members to a business, you are responsible for who you grant access to and for the data you choose to share with them. Members can view and, depending on their role, edit the business data shared with them. Remove members at any time from the app.

7. Subscriptions

Belanje offers optional paid plans (Belanje Plus and Pro). Purchases and renewals are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and are governed by those stores' terms in addition to ours. See our Return & Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

8. Your content

You retain ownership of the financial records and receipts you add. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you (for example, to sync your data and extract receipt details), as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

The Belanje app, its name, logo, design, and software are owned by Aizztech and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or software except the limited right to use the app.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and Aizztech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on estimates or from data you entered incorrectly. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms other users or our systems.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notified in the app.
